wake up your wicker...

I always see a variety of great wicker, rattan and bamboo pieces on Craigslist.
I can picture the ho-hum gold toned pieces with a fresh bold color.
It's so tempting when I' come across interesting styles...but a girl only has so
much room, so I made up this game where I show you a listing from Craigslist and
what you could do with it!

All items were found today using the search fields:
Craigslist - Denver - Furniture - By Owner - Wicker, Bamboo or Rattan

Have fun and let me know if you snag one of these deals!

More proof that Craigslist in the cities is way better than here! I would buy that bar cart in a second!

I have a wicker addiction ... I ended up having to throw a large sofa away last spring it was in horrific shape. It made me very sad! Perhaps I should pop over to Craigslist for a replacement!! xo

Those are some great finds. I did a project awhile back painting a Chinese Chippendale rattan headboard -- paint can really freshen them up and give them a new look. (You have to go get that little bar cart table! How cute!)

You are so good at finding Craigslist deals. I hope someone near you snags up a few of these. Now I'm ready to break out the spray paint.

You know this is right up my alley! Wicker and CL, two favorites. I especially love headboards painted a bright color, so fun!

Your CL is SO much better than ours! Dying over that headboard. I tried to get one a little while back and the seller would never contact me. :( Love your beautiful examples!

Thanks for sharing Pam! That was just the reminder I needed :) I have been wanting something for our patio for a couple of years, but I really don't want to pay too much!!

Love wicker and rattan pieces. What a fun way to spruce them up with just a bit of color.

Your Craigslist is like Mecca, always the best goodies and if anyone can find them it would be you!

Love all the wicker and I think I need to wake up mine now!

Ok, this 100% confirms that your Craigslist is a zillion times better than mine. Ours has some decent stuff but it is priced about 4-6 times higher than yours! Love all of your inspiration!!

I am always on the fence about this wicker. I really like the images you displayed. I love it painted.

Dude -- I have a sad old wicker table that I've never paid any mind to....but now I'm giving her the stank eye!!!

Ok, now I'm hating myself....I saw a couple of pieces of furniture I gave away to friends....wonder if they would mind if I reclaimed my giveaways?

I love wicker. It can look so good in the right space. Ahhhh! I can't believe February is almost over! In a month we will start to get outdoors...weird to think about since it is snowy and 6 degrees here...xo Kristin

I have to say- our craigslist must really suffer compared to yours. I already knew that, but now I am SO jealous. I would be hunting every week if ours looked like this!

I want to thank you for sharing this post. It is not easy to find such perfectly written information on the wicker furniture.
