understated valentine's decor...

Happy Monday! : )
It's a four day week for us, followed by a four day weekend so I'm anxious to
get it started. I don't decorate much for Valentine's Day, although I do like to make a
special dinner, fun treats and give little presents. This is my idea of perfectly subtle
Valentine's Day decor, along with a dish of your favorite candy, of course!

smile!

I don't really do anything for VD, just some cards and chocolate for the kids because they care about it. Your inspirations are the prefect way of just introducing a little Valentine's decor into your home. So pretty.
And those black floor lamps are stunning!

Cute idea for Vday/love pillows - I don't do any decorating for the holiday - but this is a simple one that even the kids would appreciate.

I'm not big on decorating for Valentine's Day, but love your inspiration and could see it being everyday décor.

I'd leave out a 'love' pillow all year round! Who says you can love during other months of the year?! ;)

I'm a huge fan of subtle holiday decorating, and these are all such great examples! One little pillow is all it takes!

New here...Hello! Great round up. I'm not one for over the top Valentine's themed spaces. These are sweet pops of "love".

I think I need a new pillow!

I love all your inspirational photos Pam and so glad I hardly see RED! Yup, it's hard to decorate for Valentines hence, I usually don't, but with these examples, a big YES!

My husband sees Valentines Day mainly as a Hallmark moment;) but we do enjoy celebrating with flowers;) .. a little bubbly and maybe a romantic dinner out. I have a little candies in my apothecary jars and pretty candles around. I like the subtle decor:)

I love how subtle the decor is. It is hard to decorate for Valentine's day without it looking juvenile! Beautiful and inspiring images.

I don't do too much for Valentine's day, but love the idea of the subtle decor. That and a lot of chocolate.
