our tulips...

...have had better years,
but it's spring and I've loved them nontheless!

A kind word is like a spring day!

There's something about Spring flowers that just makes you feel cheerful. These are very pretty: I particularly like the bi-coloured ones.

Ours were pretty while they lasted - everything is blooming so early here. Our azalea doesn't usually bloom until May.

Pam,

Thank you so much for your design of the exterior of our home. Thanks to you, we have beautiful tulips too! You are both very talented and so sweet to work with. The transformation you designed is amazing.

For not faring so well, they still look pretty spectacular! Our former home had a picket fence that wrapped around the front of the house,it was lined with the most gorgeous bi-colored tulips whose bloom always indicated that Spring had officially arrived.

Absolutely gorgeous! Tulips are on my "must do" list for next year!

At least yours grew! This is embarrassing, but it will show you just how bad I am at DIY, including gardening. I planted the bulbs, but they never came up. I asked my green thumb neighbor why. He came over and dug one up to see if they were bad or something. Turns out I planted them all upside down. Poor tulips :(

So beautiful! I wish we could grow tulips here. There was one year i bought them from a company who shipped them here pre-chilled (it was not cheap) but they were so beautiful-but lasted less than a week in our hot, humid climate.

Beautiful pictures! Every year I would try to talk my mum into planting tulips and whenever she did they would never bloom. When I have a house I am definitely going to plant some, they just make for such a beautiful yard. xo

I love your tulips, the fence is your saving grace. Deer eat the tulips here so most homeowners don't even try. We rarely get to see them as a result!

I have a furry golden gardening companion too, happened to have just posted photos of him in my garden yesterday!
