I am so horrible with succulents. Each week I bring a new plant home and still manage to kill it. No clue what I'm doing wrong, as I have a house full of healthier plants?!

I've killed two out of the three I brought home. Hello black thumbs!

I love them in the box, but since I read Dana's comment I might have my question answered since I've been so hesitant. How difficult are these to care for? I think they need a lot of humidity right? They'd be fine for a few weeks but then would probably fade.

I love succulents! I have a black thumb too but so far mine are still alive!

Have a great weekend!

Ohhhh, I love the silver bowl. I'll have to try that one! I've lost two of mine that were the same kind and seemed sort-of delicate but five others that have really thick, hearty leaves are still going strong. Have a happy weekend, Pam!

I love that first idea- I might have to do that with a vintage teacup! Enjoy your weekend!

Succulents! I kept scrolling down looking for a snack to drool over. It's a plant.

Those photos are all so lovely! Do you think I could keep succulents alive inside??? I seem to kill everything else I try to grow inside!

I never payed one bit of attention to succulents before, but now I am loving them! I saw a big one in a tree stump in a store yesterday and it was awesome. Have a great weekend.

All great choices. I somehow managed to kill my succulents...did you even know that was possible?! :)

I love them also. But, I am always "killing" them. Is there a secret?

Lisa @ Shine Your Light said...

I was just admiring them at Home Depot last week. I think I'll start small and figure out how not to kill them! Thanks for all the pretty inspirations!

I love succulents and I've been thinking about how to incorporate them in my home. My favorite is the one in the urn.... I'd love to do something like this in my guest bedroom.

How pretty! I've never tried succulents. Are they easy to keep alive? Like a cactus?

Very pretty!

I love succulents! My florist will even be featuring in them in my wedding bouquet.

I'm also considering using them as party favors for a picnic themed baby shower I am throwing soon.

Thanks for the potting inspiration!
