free maps for giftwrap

Last year I used maps for wrapping Christmas gifts!
(free, of course, keep reading and I'll tell you where you can get them)

They're clever for any time of year, think....

Birthdays
Graduation
Easter
Retiree
Father's Day
Wedding
Baby
Hostess
New Home

~  add a note that uses one of  these words  ~
journey, adventure, travels, road, explore, trek, trip, excursion, world...

'You mean the world to me!'
Congratulations, enjoy your new adventures!
Hit the road Jack!
(Ha! That's for a special friend.)

Super fun idea! What are you using this year? It'd be hard for me to throw these away once the present was opened. Ha!

I am a sucker for maps! Did my boys' BR with maps when they were little, love old maps and all of the cool things one finds done with maps on pinterest, etc. Never thought to wrap gifts with them, this is awesome! Of to see where I can get my bundle!

I haven't been into the whole display a big map look that has been popular lately, but I love small hints of maps and really think they could be quite a personal touch to a room. And I really love the idea of using it as wrapping paper - how clever! And "you mean the world to me"!!?? I love it and will use this!! Have a great weekend Pam!

"Out of this world" clever and pretty! Thanks for sharing. I'm planning to copy this for wrapping books for children's book exchanges that we will be participating in this holiday season. I'll probably use a tag with the Dr. Seuess quote, "The more that you read, the more things you know. The more you learn, the more places you'll go!"

I am obsessed with maps. I could stare at them for hours! Those are some great ideas. I have been trying to think of some ways to incorporate some maps into my son's room.

Thank you for sharing all of the details about how to get the maps. I appreciate the time-saver, especially this time of year! I'm going to copy the "You
Mean to World to Us" for teacher gifts.
