new home for my ikea hack...

Do you remember my Vitsjo Table Ikea hack I did a couple months ago?
I loved it, but a friend of mine is a designer for Calico Home and suggested it would
work well in her client's home, I thought it would be fun to show you the delightful room
where it ended up...

Their early 1930's home exudes charm...

Their new sofa was delivered today, so we thought the timing would be ideal for our
delivery. The gold accent is a nice compliment to the blue, and I love the playful
modern pattern paired with the traditional chair. I need something with that on it!

The pillows hadn't been decided upon yet, so we were playing with options.

A cozy reading corner on the opposite side of the room.
Their sweet black lab, Hazel, got a treat or two for being the perfect accessory!

All upholstered pieces and fabric are custom design from Calico Home in Denver.
Thank you so much Wylly and Diana for let me share your lovely home and work!

I just thought about your table while I was at Ikea last weekend! Not sure I could have given that up, but it looks perfect in it's new home...and what an amazing home it is! So do you have a big hole in your living room now? :)

I LOVE the gold with the blues in the room - the table brings in just the right amount of shine and straight, modern lines to the more traditional pieces….they work so well together! Are you going to miss it? What's next for your LR?

The table is the perfect compliment to this cozy and comfortable room. The subtle gold tones look great with the furniture and her art has all those gold tones too! Awesome job Pam!

You super awesome table would look good even in a dungeon Pam! It looks wonderful in its new home or in yours, it's just a great piece. But even more amazing is that YOU made it! Love the design of the space too, but your table just draws my eye and attention towards it all time!
