You guys know I LOVE my Craigslist bargains and thrifting, but I also think
it's worth splurging if you find a one of a kind piece that you love.
While searching for some unique art for a client I stumbled upon these incredible lamps
that are works of art. I immediately thought these gorgeous conversation pieces would be
worthy of spree. They're designed by Kinzig Design Home, each includes blown glass,
solid brass and copper accents, the lampshades are deeply colored and sewn from
embroidered silks and rich fabrics. They're individually finished with patinated metals and
surface textures that will not fade and are topped with distinctive finials.
The prices are what you'd expect for artwork $580 - $760.
I can only imagine how stunning they are in person, they're nice sized at 27 - 30".
Btw, this isn't a sponsored post, I just happened to run across them at Artful Home,
and was enamored!
Aren't they incredibly gorgeous!?!
If you were going to splurge what would you find worthy?

Wow! Those truly are works of art. My first thought is how you would DIY them! Find a beautiful lamp base at Goodwill...
They are beautiful....definitely works of art....will we see a knock off from you in the future??!!
I couldn't agree with you more - I love a good CL or thrift store find but there is some art that's worth the splurge!
These are beautiful! I think a splurge among thrifted finds can be such a nice way to decorate a room. :)
Wow - those are definitely works of art - I love the shade on that last one!
These lamps absolutely are pieces of art! I love the jewel tones and imagine each piece lights up a space in more ways than one!

Goodness Gracious...these lamps are amazing! I especially love the Lucy and Ethel pair!
Oh my! Since my last name is almost the same as the artists (one letter off) I was intrigued... and then smitten with those delightful lamps! If i were going to splurge (and it would be a big splurge) I would go for Ethel with its green shade. What fun!!
