a few ideas to steal from the christmas tours

Happy Friday, friends!
I'm loving all of the inspiration in the Christmas tours,
and thought I'd share a few fun ideas I noticed.

Jesse @ Scout & Nimble
This was my original color scheme for this year, I bought a couple boxes
of ornaments, but ended up returning them because I just wasn't sure
I could pull it off, well Jesse pulled it off beautifully!

Love this great wagon in front of the tree - wouldn't it be fun filled
with presents? I have a red wooden one that my dad made for Detail Boy's birthday,
when he was a little guy.

This chandelier dripping with clear ornaments is such a gorgeous statement!

Created this amazing little gem from a dead tree!

Christine @ Bijou & Boheme
DIY Merry Sign

Elizabeth @ Little Black Door
I LOVE this tradition - each year they cut the bottom off of their Christmas tree and
make a candle holder!! Such an great idea!

A great tutorial on how to achieve this layered ribbon look,
it seems easy enough.

Amanda @ Dixie Delights
These Naughty (Oreos) & Nice (Apples) snack jars are too fun!

Today is Stacey @ Steward of Design is sharing her lovely home in the
12 Days of Christmas Tour of Homes. I know she's
done some updating this past year, and I can't wait to see it decked out for the holidays!
