Those sweet potatoes look delish! Can't wait to see your home on the tour! I saw that Colorado is going to get blasted with cold air (as are we). But at least you guys get a lot of sunshine! :-). Stay warm! I say a fire is in order!

My little one JUST wrote a paper about Ruth's Chris, and his first time eating sweet potatoes there, THIS week…..I can't wait to show him this recipe! Thanks for sharing! His paper was so cute, it said how he did NOT want to try it, and his mom & dad asked him to have just one bite, and then it was so good he ate the whole dish :) It goes without saying that I can't wait to see your home all decorated for Christmas, you always wow me with your beautiful styling!

I am not a big fan of sweet potatoes but made this for Thanksgiving last year and got rave reviews!! Everyone had seconds and wanted the recipe, it's a keeper for sure!
