new nate berkus fabrics...

You guys owe me for this one!
Since it's a retail store I tried to be as discreet and considerate as possible while
photographing the brand new Nate Berkus fabric line at Calico Home for you. In order
to get the truest read on colors and the best pictures I toted them from the far back corner
of the store to the opposite end and laid them on the floor in the natural light,
nonchalantly, seven times!

Nate does not disappoint!
Another beautiful collection of neutrals with a graphic tribal influence, in a wide price range.
This is only a portion of the selection but a good preview of the style...

The room above is from the Calico catalog and features this collection of prints...

Of course, the popular indigo and shades of blue...

If you're in Denver and have never been to Calico Home in Cherry Creek it's their most
beautiful store in the nation, and is often used as a backdrop for their publications.
If you're not local, this line as well as many others are available on their website.

I'm sure it won't be long before we see these popping up on upholstered pieces,
pillows, and window treatments. I'm anxious to get a peek and am cooking up a plan of
my own! :)

What do you think?

YUM! I do love the indigo fabrics. We don't have a Calico very close to us, but not it might be deserving of a little road trip at some point to see these in person.

I have been looking for the right fabric to upholster a chair I inherited with no luck. I spy a few prints in those photos that would be perfect. Now if I can just find them somewhere in MO.
