riad pillows at costco...

Stopped me dead in my tracks on my way to get my weekly samples groceries!
Obviously, not the real deal, but $16.79 for TWO 20" Pillows
in a knock off of the high-end, $50/yard, Riad print fabric by Windsor Smith.
I didn't get any,
it almost makes me dislike one of my favorite prints when I see something so similar
 at Costco.
But, I came to my senses and  I'm heading back today!
I'll surprise you with the color(s) I'm choosing, they'll be going on my patio furniture with
the black and white striped cushions.
Also, a great ikat in the yellow.

Also, $24.99 for TWO Sunbrella Pillows in a print similar to Groundworks Gazebo.

Wouldn't you be more than a tad disappointed if you'd spent money to create a beautiful
 custom look like these...

Will you be adding 'pillows' to your grocery list?

If only we had a Costco in our area! Maybe BJ's will follow the fashion trend ~ fingers crossed.

Ugh ... this kind of thing makes me so mad and so happy at the same time!! I do get frustrated when I go ahead and bite the bullet, then find the same thing a couple of months later at Home Goods. Then I don't feel quite so "unique"! But I would go buy these in a heartbeat!! xo

I would be bummed if I had invested and then saw 2/$20 at Costco! BUT for those of us who haven't invested in the high-end fabrics just yet - a total score!

I will be going to Costco myself today, my sweets. Just to be picking these up for my patio should Spring ever decide to be Sprung.

It's a classic pattern and something that good always gets knocked off. Kudos to you for finding a deal, I bet they'll look great on your patio with the black & white!

Patience pays off for the frugal/real people out there!

Well worth it even if just for the pillow forms, Pam. : ) I like the outdoor ones and was debating making some for our small bistro table chairs. We have Sam's here and I'm hoping they may have a similar promotion. At $20.00 for two, it would be worth buying rather than making to me.

Hmmm..I might be heading there this morning after the per-school drop off.....I purchased outdoor pillows there a few years ago and I'm happy with them...

I definitely would add them to my list...if we had a Costco. Boo! We only have Sam's Club. Great idea for your patio!

Go for it! Spending lots of money of outdoor cushions and pillows is always hard in my book when you know what they will end up like after a season {well, at least on my porch!}

I saw those last week and need to pick some up before they fly. They're the perfect price to replace those that the squirrels chewed through last year. I need to Google and see if there is a natural remedy to spray on pillows to repel the squirels!

It's at the point where I would hesitate on buying a Designer item, knowing that a copy would be out in no time....The pillows are a great buy! They look fantastic, especially for outdoors! Although I would use them inside as well! Go for them girl! Very few will know they aren't the "real" thing!

I read your post and literally stopped what I was doing to make a trip to Costco! I've been looking for green pillows just like those and didn't want to spend (at least) $50 per pillow! Thank you for the heads up! =)

That pattern or a style of it has been in and out of design for years. I don't think those companies can take the full credit. So with that said, I'm gonna get me some too!
