That is WHY people post their DIY stuff online.

Not DIY? Then why did they post it online? NO ONE posts before and after pix unless it's a DIY and they are proud of it.

Citing someone else's blog? Sure, but it's not a crime if you don't. One could say, 'i saw this online' without giving the url and that's perfectly acceptable.

Now if the blog is only about writing about personal issues and someone takes your stuff and puts it on their own blog, even citing where it came from, that's plagarism, no matter if they cite where it came from. The only alloweable thing, IF the person allows it, is to post a SNIPPET of what they said, then give the url to where the reader could read more. I've had that happen to me and I wasn't happy that she took my entire post and put it on her site.

EVERYONE knows in this day and age, if you put it online, it's public knowledge, unless you have a 'no copy' or 'copyrighted' or such on your site.Jamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00723557889332261947noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2859743855906273917.post-33261853897143834622012-07-08T19:41:20.788-06:002012-07-08T19:41:20.788-06:00I think that's what blogs and pinterest are fo...I think that's what blogs and pinterest are for...What a beautiful and updated piece with a few coats of white paint...funny what lv2look said...I just painted a 112 year old bannister black.L o v e l y t h i n g shttp://mostlovelythings.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2859743855906273917.post-81506684656129339152012-07-08T13:14:27.461-06:002012-07-08T13:14:27.461-06:00ideas comes from other ideas & makes this worl...ideas comes from other ideas & makes this world a happy, creative place....dying to see ur next DIY & what pattern you'll choose Pam!Maureen Stevenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07867941090215246763noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2859743855906273917.post-49277682868662596152012-07-07T10:26:51.919-06:002012-07-07T10:26:51.919-06:00Go for it!
